The Gift Certificate you are purchasing can only be applied to one-on-one sessions with Chynna Haas that are detailed on this page of her website: https://chynnahaas.com/sessions
Your Gift Certificate must be redeemed for a session by the expiration date or you will forfeit the remaining balance. No refunds will be issued for unused gift certificates or partial balances on your gift certificate.
No refunds are available for Gift Certificates for any reason.
If you are unable to use your Gift Certificate, you may transfer it to someone else. Please email communitycare@chynnahaas.com with your name, the details for the Gift Certificate you'd like to transfer, and the name and email address of the person you'd like to transfer it to.

Additional Terms & Conditions will be agreed to at the time of scheduling your session. These include the following:

Client agrees to abide by all policies and procedures as outlined in this agreement as a condition of their participation in the Program.
The Program includes this single session/reading or package of sessions/readings that the Client is selecting and paying for at this time.
Any additional work, coaching sessions, or intuitive readings outside of The Program outline above will need to be discussed, quoted, and agreed upon before they can commence.
Chynna Haas is committed to providing all Clients with a positive experience. By agreeing to these terms, the Client agrees that the Company may, at its sole discretion, terminate this Agreement and limit, suspend, or terminate the Client’s participation in this Program without refund if Client becomes disruptive or upon violation of these terms. If Client decides to terminate this Agreement, no refunds will be issued.
Client agrees to pay for the full Session cost at this time.
No refunds will be issued for this session(s)/reading(s) or any unused balance of session(s)/reading(s)
I understand that Chynna Haas is not an agent, publicist, accountant, financial planner, lawyer, therapist, or any other licensed or registered professional.
understand that coaching is not to be used as a substitute for professional advice by legal, medical, financial, business, spiritual or other qualified professionals. I will seek independent professional guidance for legal, medical, financial, business, spiritual or other matters. I understand that all decisions in these areas are exclusively mine and I acknowledge that my decisions and my actions regarding them are my sole responsibility.
Appointments may be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled session time. You can reschedule using your confirmation email for this session or emailing chynna@chynnahaas.com. If there is an emergency and Client must cancel with less than 24 hour notice, it is up to Chynna Haas to decide if a reschedule will be allowed.
Client may only reschedule their session two (2) times after that time, your session will be canceled and no refund will be issued.
